Barbera del Monferrato DOC
For its plentiful productivity and its extreme adaptability to
the enviroment, the Barbera's vine is the most popular in Piedmont.

Esposure: South - South West
Soil: calcareus, alkalin, it prefers not much asphixiated
soils. Row with "Guyot" pruning.
Alcohol content: 12,5% - 13 %
Colour: fast red ruby with intense garnet - red reflexes.
Aroma: intense, harmonious with a marked freshness that
is due to its natural fermentation.
Taste:full, soft, vigorous with a strong structure good
example of the good oenological piedmontese tradition.
Its light wine-froth makes it appreciable with beef-meat stewes
and with the famous "Bagna Cauda"
