Soil: medium mixture with calcareous marl with good retention power.

Alcohol content: 14% - 15%

Colour: deep ruby red with pomegranate red highlight due to aging in wood.

Aroma: ethereal, elegant, with memories of noble wood, tobacco and violet.

Taste: warm, harmonious, good acid strenght, with vigorous but balanced structure.

The wine matches game dishes, red meat and mature cheese.
