Chardonnay Spumante Brut

It's a sparkling wine obteined from Chardonnay grapes and their most ancient wine making tradition.

Altitude: 150 - 200 mt. above sea level

Soil: medium mixture with calcareous venes, alkalin PH.

Alcohol content: 12,5 %

Colour: light straw-coloured with marked green reflexes. Delicate and persistent "perlage" with an excellent fading wine-froth.

Aroma: soft and delicate, harmonic with bread, honey and chestnut aftertaste.

Taste: full, dry, agreeable lively, fresh in its young and inviting taste.

It's very good as an appetizer or with desserts and fruits. It's agreeable during all the meal.
