Grignolino Monferrato Casalese DOC

It's a wine of very old origines. It's a particular vine traditionally grown in the hills surrounding Casale Monferrato prefering light and sandy soils.

Exposure: East - South East

Soil: clayey, compact with an alkaline PH, with a strong watery retention.

Alcohol content: 12,5% - 13%

Colour:light red ruby with a tendence to orange-coloured if mellowed.

Aroma: delicate, floral with flowers and forest fruits fragrance.

Taste: dry, warm, lightly tannic vite's typical. Improving with natural maturity becomes aromatic and delicate.

Best with soups and light first-dishes.
