Since the early 1900s, Uviglie has been a cultural hub thanks to the work of winemaker and patron Countess Sofia of Bricherasio.

Starting in 2024, Cantina Castello di Uviglie features a spacious panoramic tasting hall overlooking the vineyards and the production cellar—a charming and refined venue designed to host private events, curated enogastronomic experiences, themed gatherings, and performances, all while honoring the tradition of hospitality and the cultural heritage of Monferrato.

This space was created to merge cultivation and culture, fostering new narratives of the region through agricultural heritage, wine, art, and history.
