Organoleptic Characteristics

Appearance: Pale ruby red and bright

Nose: Floral and fruity with beautiful intensity, with notes of cherry, rosehip and black pepper.

Taste profile: Harmonious, fresh, intense and persistent, with splendid drinkability and elegant tannins.

Serving suggestions

Food pairings: Versatile and open to experimentation, from appetizers to grilled meats, from pizza to fine dining.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C, also extremely pleasant chilled (10 - 12°C)

Vinification

Destemming and soft crushing, fermentation in temperature-controlled truncated conical steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel on its fine lees for 9 months, followed by aging in bottle for 12 months.
