Grape variety: CHARDONNAY AND PINOT NERO

Metodo Classico 24 months from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, aged in the millennia-old underground caves of Pietra da Cantoni at Castello di Uviglie. Its name is a tribute to the family home and the tradition of almond cultivation in the Casale hills. Fresh and exceptionally drinkable, it is our youngest Metodo Classico, dedicated to conviviality and festive moments.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Appearance: Brilliant straw yellow, with fine, persistent perlage

Nose: Aromas of white fruit with elegant hints of croissant and bread crust.

Taste profile: PEthereal perlage and exciting drinkability. Presents a citrus medley enriched by floral paths, with hints of exotic fruit, banana and white tea that complement the softness of the croissant.

Serving suggestions

Food pairings: From appetizers to the entire meal, it perfectly accompanies seafood dishes, to a wide range of international flavors.

Vinification

Harvesting and white vinification in stainless steel vats. Metodo Classico secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle for a minimum aging of 24 months in underground caves. Brut dosage of 8-10 g/L
