Grape variety: Pinot Nero and Barbera

Dedicated to the ancient Sundial present in the family residence, the Mandoletta Estate. A rich and powerful rosé wine that expresses the characteristics of its terroir - starting with the Chiaretto appellation. A blend obtained using only red grape varieties, the native variety, Barbera and Pinot Nero, that introduced for centuries has adapted here, offering unique characteristics.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Appearance: Intense and bright, pink onion skin

Nose: Notes of small red fruits, cherry, pink grapefruit, and red flowers.

Taste profile: Rich, warm, elegant and harmonious with splendid structure, freshness, and long persistence.

Serving suggestions

Food pairings: Ideal for aperitifs, finger food, pizza, soups, fish dishes, as well as cold cuts and fresh cheeses.

Vinification

De-stemming, soft pressing of grapes and contact with skins for about 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, with an additional 9 months of bottle aging.
